What's the minimum order volume?+
50 units per drop. That's our minimum, no exceptions.
Are you a 3PL?+
No. Fresh Drops is a merch production and fulfilment service, not pure third-party logistics. We make the garments, print the artwork, pack the parcels, and ship them. End to end, one team.
How fast can you ship?+
Once your drop closes and we have stock: 24 to 48 hour pack times. 5 to 7 days end-to-end including production for most batches.
Where do you ship to?+
All of Australia (including WA/NT) and New Zealand. International beyond NZ on request.
What carriers do you use?+
Australia Post for satchels, TNT for big boxes. Customers always get tracking.
What about returns?+
We handle returns routing as part of every Fresh Drops engagement. The full returns policy and decision tree is shared during onboarding so you can set the customer-facing policy that suits your brand.
How do I get paid?+
Your customers pay you on Shopify. We invoice you per batch (typically pre-shipment). Your funds, our work, clean separation.
Can I see a sample pack first?+
Yes. Sampling is a step in our process and is offset against the project cost when you commit to a batch. Sample pricing varies by garment type, see the sample page for details.
